Ms. Aislynn Tutoring Policies

Please give as much notice for cancellations as possible. I ask for 24  hours or prompt response to the confirmation text. Last minute  cancellations will be charged 1/2 the original fee. 

It is the student's responsibility to show up for class on time. If a student does not show in the first 5 minutes, I will send a text. After 15 minutes, I consider it a no-show and charge 1/2 of the original fee.  

I give one month to pay an invoice. It is the paying party's responsibility to make sure the invoice is paid. If an invoice is not paid on time, tutoring is suspended until all outstanding invoices are paid. Invoices are sent at the end of the week. 

To protect student information, I do not use social media or associated sites. I can be reached by phone, text, email, and Zoom. 

Student pets are welcome online, as long as after saying hi they are not a distraction. Students are also allowed food and drinks under the same  conditions. This is a fun and relaxing atmosphere to learn in. 

I am always open to suggestions from both parents and students. In order for the tutor/student relationship to work there needs to be trust. If I cannot meet your needs I will tell you immediately. I inform parents  immediately of any concerns about their student. I do not answer my  phone during sessions, but I return texts and calls as soon as I am  available.
